Desktop Support
We provide technical support, trouble ticket resolution, network installation, and field support for network related problems. We work with clients who are chose not to have their own technical support department on a full-time payroll.
IT Relief
Is your Information Technology (I.T.) department overworked? Are your I.T. projects on hold because of lack of skilled personnel and you can't afford to hire new staff? Give us a call! Our Network Administration Services* (NAS) is an exciting network administration option for small networks and branch offices. PC Sightings bridges the gap for companies that need network administration and support, but don't need a full time staff. We have developed a comprehensive methodology for monitoring & maintaining your network. That way, you have a qualified administrator and plan in place. Our NAS system allows the same person to visit your office every week, making people and processes more familiar.

*Network Administration Services is targeted at companies with 10-50 PC's, running NT/Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 or 2010. Our Network Administration Services* (NAS) is an exciting network administration option for small networks and branch offices.
Remote Monitoring Services
PC Sightings offers Remote Monitoring Services (RMS) to provide our clients with responsive and proactive protection for their networking investments. With a variety of options for your local or wide area network available, we supply secure remote monitoring support to maintain your network and save you money. With regular monitoring, we can provide proactive support. We can alert you to a potential problem before it turns into a larger and more costly problem. We can rapidly respond to any problem and start working on a solution without delay.
PC Sightings can save you money by reducing travel and onsite costs. Remote services can be billed in smaller increments versus an onsite visit which has an hourly minimum. If an onsite visit is warranted, we've thoroughly investigated the problem before coming onsite. This saves our clients time and money.
Bottom line: Our Remote Monitoring Service provides you with the level of support, and peace of mind, necessary to protect your network and give you the confidence necessary to focus on your business.
